The Best Face Wash For Broke College Students

This post has been sponsored by Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Dear fellow broke college students, this is for you. If you are in need of a basic skincare routine, I got you! I want to share with you what I personally believe to be the best face wash brand: Clean and Clear®.

An Oldie But A Goodie

I have used Clean and Clear® products since middle school and truly love them. I am an avid user of CLEAN & CLEAR® MORNING BURST® Facial Cleanser. The face wash is so energizing in the mornings before I head to school and leaves my face feeling great.

In 2013, Clean and Clear® began working toward making all of their products plastic micro-bead free. By 2017, they achieved their goal and replaced them with “jojoba and cellulose beads, which are derived from plants and will naturally biodegrade after use. Jojoba and cellulose beads are safe and kind to your skin as well as the environment.” (Clean and Clear®)

This makes me extremely happy because I feel confident in my purchase knowing I am doing my part to take care of our planet.

My New Obsession

I recently discovered the CLEAN & CLEAR® Lemon Zesty Scrub from my mom and sister who use it. It is an exfoliant and skin brightener scrub. My skin feels so soft after I use it, and the lemon extract is so fresh and awakening. I typically like to use this one after a long day at school, especially when I’ve been sweating. I need a really good scrub to get all of the dirt off and clean my pores.

Both of these face washes are very inexpensive, which makes them perfect for a student who just wants a fresh, clean face. The CLEAN & CLEAR® Lemon Zesty Scrub is only $6!

I always make sure to add these cleansing products to my back-to-school shopping list, because once the stress kicks in, so does the acne.
